I realize this is not fashion related but, you have to see this island to believe it. It's simply fantastic.
Byte Island - A beautiful sim with a lovely romantic tree garden now has available land for purchase.
This island is maintained by the Fricker Foundation and is a very beautiful sim for residential use only. The Fricker Foundation is different than most of the SecondLife land developers. We are dedicated to providing SecondLife residents with lag free, commercial free, private and secluded estates with the beauty of natural surroundings and nature preserves.
It’s our desire that residents whom chose to call one of our estates home, want to live and build their dream home in a secluded island getaway and are willing to go that extra step for peace and tranquility.
This is not Linden mainland or anything like what you may have experienced with the mainland. Our land ownership is not controlled by Linden Labs and no additional tier fees need to be paid to them. The foundation works on Tier Fees which are paid directly to The Fricker Foundation. This allows us to provide our land to basic members as well as the premium members. Please read our covenant for details on the land tire fees and any regulations for land ownership.
The Foundation is not out to be the largest land development company in SL, just the most livable and lovable for your avatar.
